Junior IT Support

For our IT team we are looking for an:

                                                                                                    Junior IT Support

  • Bachelor's degree, or its equivalent from an accredited institution, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent combined education and experience;
  • Good Polish communicative skills is a requirement (written and spoken);
  • Good English communicative skills is a requirement (written and spoken);
  • Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office and Android;
  • Basic hardware knowledge;
  • Drivers license;
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills;
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technical skills;
  •  Experience in an IT Helpdesk environment is not required.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Serving as primary point of contact for end users requesting support via phone, email and portals, with the objective of first contact resolution;
  • Delivering IT specific training and onboarding/orientation to new hires;
  • Mobile phone procurement and management;
  • Accurately logging all interactions in the ticketing tool.
